This year we are focusing on
Lifecycle Services and
Digital Services, and we are expecting our strongest growth in the next 6 month.
Join us on this journey and achieve some of the prestigious seats to win a reward trip to an exclusive location.
This reward trip will take place in April 2026.
We are looking forward to spending unforgettable days in Croatia with you.
The challenge will run between
01. July 2025 until 31. December 2025.

General conditions for participation in the HP Services Challenge 2025
1. Timing
The HP Services Challenge 2025 begins on July 1, 2025, and ends on December 31, 2025.
Partner's sales/deals will be counted towards the individual target during that time frame. Winning partners will be nominated for a reward trip which takes place in H1 2026.
The registration deadline for the HP Services Challenge is Monday, June 30, 2025. Only registered partners are eligible to win seats.
The announcement of winning partners will happen in January 2026.
2. Targets
Each participating partner receives one or more targets depending on the country.
2.1. Services Targets / Metrics
A set of targets will be applicable by country. Winning seats will be allocated by country for following metrics / groups:
1. Lifecycle Standalone Sell-Thru (USD)
- Product Lines / Services:
o MG/ BJ: PS Commercial Care Packs
o 9R: PS Configuration Services
o 16: PS Deployment Services
o NK: Poly Lifecycle Services
o FG: PS Carbon Neutral Care Packs
o 64: Print Commercial Care Packs
- Note: For PL MG/BJ, Care Packs bundled with hardware are excluded
2. Digital Standalone Sell-Thru (USD)
- Product Lines:
o CY: Security
o N9: HP Anyware
o M2: Manageability (ProInsights, WXP, MSFT CSP)
o 2D/4V: Print SW Solutions (Licenses)
- Note: For PL CY, Wolf Pro Security Edition (WPSE) bundled with hardware is excluded
Each partner can win max in one metric/group (max two winning seats by partner). In case of a tie, the higher Sell Thru (in USD) generated decidesactive .
2.2. Target calculation – what do we measure: Orders, Shipment, Sell-Thru?
Performance will be evaluated based on a combination of
• Year over Year Growth (in %)
• Absolute $ Value (Sell Thru in USD)
The partner's purchases from authorized HP distributors apply.
Target achievement is measured in NDP in local currency and converted into HP based on HP’s systems. The cut-off date is the invoice date of the distributor invoice. Software sales made directly via the HP Marketplace also apply. The cut-off date is the order date in the marketplace.
2.3. Target achievement
HP informs participating partners once a month about the status of their target achievement on best effort basis.
3. Training & Webinars
Multiple webinars will be offered during this period with training content on HP Services. Multiple people from each eligible partner can attend the Webinars. Webinar dates and details will be posted on the Event Website after registration.
4. Eligible Partners & Registration
All HP Amplify Power, HP Amplify Synergy & HP Business Partners located in participating countries in Central & Eastern Europe market with a minimum HP Services revenue of $ 1’500 in H125 NDP are eligible to participate.
By participating, eligible Partners accept the targets and these terms and conditions.
The registration deadline for the HP Services Challenge is June 30, 2025. Only registered partners are eligible to win seats.
Confirmation of participation will be sent by e-mail. No notification will be sent in the event of non-attendance.
5. Other
HP Deutschland GmbH, Herrenberger Str. 140, D-71034 Boeblingen, is the organizer and responsible for paying applicable taxes for the reward trip.
HP reserves the right to modify or terminate the program without notice.
Legal recourse is excluded.
